DQ family catalyst is a new generation spherical high -efficiency catalyst.

Technology characteristic

1)Catalyst and polymer particle is spherical, and can be adjustable in a large scope.

2)Catalyst activity is more than 4.5X 104 g-PP/g-Cat. (Condition: 51 reactor, polymerization temperature is 70℃, reacted time is 2 hours, distributed pressure of H2 is 0.2MPa.)

3)Polymer has a good isotacticity, and isotacticity index is adjustable.

4)Polymer has high bulk density.

Applicable process

This kind of catalyst is suitable to use in Spheripol-I process, spheripol-II process and ST process. It is widely used to produce homo-polymer, impact copolymer, and random copolymer.

Industrial applications

DQ-III catalyst belongs to general type PP catalyst, can be used to produce homo-polymer and co-polymer, and applied in single spheripol and double spheripol process.

DQ-IV catalyst has a smaller particle size, and suitable to produce homo-polymer, especially suitable to produce BOPP product, and be used in single spheripol process.

DQ-V catalyst has an excellent hydrogen response, and mainly to produce high-speed BOPP.

DQ-VI catalyst has a higher activity in later stage of polymerization, and is mainly used in double spheripol process, and can produce high impact PP.

Packaging. Storage and Transport.

DQ family catalyst is packaged in zinc-plated steel drums under nitrogen protection, and contains 40 or 80kg every drum. In transportation, the catalyst should be handled carefully avoiding bumping, opening of cover or contacting with air. It should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated space out of direct sunlight.
